Rob Hall for PVA

One of the things I have been asked since I have started this campaign, is why am I running for Boone County PVA.  My answer is that I believe that the Citizens of Boone County deserve better.

I have worked at the Campbell County PVA office since June of 2003.  We have worked hard to improve the functions and accessibility of the office of the PVA.  Since the current administration took office, I have not seen the same from the Boone County PVA.  Instead, I have seen procedures implemented which interfere with the ability of the employees to provide excellent customer service, as well large mistakes which should have never occurred.

I know that these things can be changed.  I see it every day that I go to work.  So, I know I can bring that to my home county.  I can give them the service that they are owed, and continually strive to make their experience better at the PVA office.
